You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. For instance, if you purchased a monthly subscription on 5th May, your subscription will remain active until 5th June. If you decide to cancel on 20th May, you will still have access to your account until 5th June, after which your access will be restricted, and no payment will be taken for the next month.
For annual subscriptions, you will have access to the service for the entire year. If you choose to cancel your subscription, no further payments will be charged after the end of the year for which you have already paid.
Can I get a refund for an annual or monthly subscription?

Due to the nature of our service, which utilises computational resources from servers that we procure, we are unable to offer refunds for purchased subscriptions. The AI Tutor application leverages these computational units during usage, and hence, once a subscription is purchased, refunds are not possible.
We are confident that our AI Tutor will meet all your expectations. Our service uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms provided by OpenAI, combined with a knowledge base created by professional accountants,accounting educators, presentations, accounting books and much more resources.
If you are uncertain whether our application will meet your needs, we recommend purchasing a monthly subscription first. You can then cancel it and opt for an annual subscription later to save money.

You can then ask questions regarding the content of the uploaded files. For example, you can request a summary of their content, a comparison between them, or a list of differences. You can ask any questions about the content within the files. Additionally, you can upload documents from authorities and request a professionally written response to the content in the chosen language.
Can AI Tutor process images, scanned documents, and photos, images with math problems?

To have the text read out loud, you need to click on the "Sheet with a small speaker" icon located at the bottom of the chat screen where you ask questions to AI Tutor. After clicking, AI Tutor will read the generated text in the language it was initially created in.
Don't forget to turn on the speakers on your computer, tablet, or mobile device if you want to hear the voice of AI Tutor.

I purchased a subscription but It still shows I need to buy It. What should I do?

If you have purchased a subscription and the payment has been successfully transferred from your account to ours, but you still do not see the AI Accounting Tutor chat, simply logout from the website if you are currently logged in, and then log back in. After logging back in, you should have access to your purchased subscription.
